Easy to install. In July 2022, I purchased the 2-pack Economical Box in order to save money. However, when I used up the first cartridge in November 2022 and installed the second unit, I ran into some difficulties. It seems the cartridges have built-in microchips that include a certain expiry date code. Somehow I was able to use the second unit until December when the printer shows that the cartridge ran out of ink. From now on, I will only order one cartridge at a time. Expensive lesson learned!

Great value and it works. I just installed this and that was easy. Tested a few prints and all is good. I don't know about longevity, of course.

Ces cartouches qui sont supposément compatibles avec mon imprimante ne fonctionnent pas. Je reçois le message "No toner ". J'ai appelé le service à la clientèle de Shopper 123 Ink.ca On a essayé de résoudre en vain le problème. Je devais recevoir un appel le lendemain pour me transmettre une solution. Je n'ai reçu aucune suite. Merci d'y remédier, svp.

Have been using these catridges for several years and find them good value. We have two identical Samsung laser printers in our home, and the two pack purchase works perfectly for us.
