I like the fact that the Epsom ink is less expensive, but this time the shipping time was almost 2 weeks, which held up several print jobs. Usually it got here in 2 days with other orders I have made. What happened there?

Product good delivery from Fed Ex leaves a lot to be desired. Poor service from them did not think anyone was worse than snail mail, but I was wrong.
