good quality. i used it for a photo backdrop. easy to assemble and to pack away. my backdrop was lined to pass the top rail through it, but it also comes with the clamps to hold the backdrop in place if you can't pass the rail through it.

I have bought 5 of the same item from amazon. And this one from primecable is the best one I bought. The ones I got from amazon were flimsy. They were almost the same price but this one has the best quality. I will recommend. I made 3 birthday decorations with it already and they are very dependable. I use it in my business. This is so easy to assemble and take apart. Literally maximum 5 minutes. Great carrying case for the poles.
