Brand new out of the box and it leaves smudges on the pages, cleaned it twice improved but not gone. Put old one back in and no smudges. Talked to and sent Customer service agent "Chloe" examples and she doesn't respond, not even an acknowledgement. Poor quality and even worse customer service.
