this is my first complaint ever with your company. I have bought stuff for years and now I'm upset. I bought replacement toners for my Brother MFC3199CW 3 times and the cartridges are each different. the last time I bought them I doubled up and they do not fit so I thought it was my error and I just purchased again and these are different I have attached a side photo of the three deliveries of toners. I have spent [ over $150 on cartridges that say they are for my printer and they won't fit? I'm seriously considering checking other companies as I never opened boxes before as soon as I got them. now I have to open toner and check on delivery to make sure they fit. This is not acceptable

Haven't received it as yet!

One of the three cartridges is faulty. Very frustrating now have to try to call support it’s the weekend. Arrrrrgh

Un problème est noté. Il semble que la cartouche est vide. Le copieur indique qu'elle est vide. J'ai beau faire des resets et rien ne change.

DIDN'T HAVE ANY MAGENTA POWER INSIDE THE CARTRIDGE !!!
