Never buy toner from Primecables in the Winter. It's -20c here and not only does UPS (PrimeCables delivery company) not ring the door bell they deliver in a silent matter and leave it on my porch. I don't know how cold it was in the truck but the dang thing is frozen!!! Going to leave it a week and see if it's can be saved but dang how about even hitting the door bell and running? The kids on the street who have a crush on my daughter can at least do that!

did not work with my printer even though it says it was to be compatible...waiting to return product

Cette marque ne vaut rien, elle ne vaut même pas un clou. j'ai toujours commandé depuis des années (7 ou 10 ans) et je n'ai jamais eu de problèmes. mais cette marque là ne vaut rien. même pas une centaine de pages et le toner est vide. je ne recommande plus cette marque c'est du gaspillage d'argent. je reviendrai sur la marque moustache beaucoup plus fiable.
