The delivery was fast. The instruction for assemble is good. The package is pretty heavy;the material is good. But after assemble the up button is not working. The motor is not working.Unable to adjust the height in the first use. However when I pressed the down button, the motor is vibrating . But as it is in the lowest height, unable to test the height adjustable functions.

Desk was bought for an employee. Now every ad in my FB and YouTube, etc. are stuffed with ads from this company. Desk may be great, marketing strategy is too much.

Great item, but came in with a broken piece (cable) that made it unusable. I still did not receive the replacement part (will update the comment upon receival of I end up receiving it). Furthermore, the advices given by the customer service were wrong. They told me it was impossible to have a table top smaller than 42 inches wide while I can have a much narrower table top than that.

Fantastic product - arrived on time, easy to install and use all while using my existing desk top. Sure beats spending more than double or often three times the price for something similar. Highly recommend - you won’t be disappointed.

The product seems sturdy and quality not bad for the price. I could see some glitch at the begging of operation, but it has gone away and now seems to work ok. However, the reason I am giving two-star, not because of the product, but for a terrible return policy. If for any reason you don't like the product, you HAVE TO prove something is absolutely wrong with it, and to do so, you HAVE TO prove it with either picture or video. Other than that, you need to accept to pay shipping and restock fee. That could be very costly if you are out of the province.
