The motor broken shortly after we install the desk top. we keep sending inquires but never get reply. Disappointed.would someone contact us for replacement or should I just throw it away?

BUY BEAWARE! The image in this product is misleading. The controller does NOT have memory function. The image is for an older model. I tried to return it and the first agent REFUSED saying I should've read the description. The second agent in the chat allowed me to return.

After I set it up, I found it can only move down and once it reached the lowest point, the up botttom does not work any more.
