i ordered the 2 pack and opened the first box and found it was opened as the plastic cover was torn open. It is working but products should be checked after returns not just shipped to another customer. Hopefully this is a full cartridge and not half used.

Haven't open this to test yet because the other toner cartridge in my order for a different printer doesn't detect. If that toner doesn't work, i may need to refund this too

Le toner n'imprime pas égal même en brassant la cartouche et ne fait pas le nombre de page prévu. Ce n'est pas comparable à ceux de Moustache.

Works well but sometimes we get toner particles on the printed pages.
