Even after unsubscribing they keep sending emails. If you like spam this is the place to get it.

Ordered 2 as spares - and turns out both of the units we ordered went bad. one lasted 3 hours, and the second a whole 6 hours :| before the printer sounded like some gears were rubbing together.

The quality is really bad, I added the new drum and in a week i started to get notification again to change the drum

I am not sure - but for some reason, my printer didn't recognize the new drum, and the quality wasn't really good . reach out to customer service, to get a replacement, but they tried to skip by many ways I don't know why they can;t accept it'd defective one. I start losing trust with them

Twice more expensive than other Chinese refurbished drum and less quality.... tried new toner ...followed all instructions...and still really disappointed with the results...won't buy again
