Missing hardware in the box. So I can't assemble it and use it. What happened to Shopper+ quality control? I am so much disappointed.

J’ai effectuer un retour de la chaise puisque celle-ci est de très basse qualité, assise dure et inconfortable.

La sangle dans le dos ce déplace et très difficile de replacer. Fait mal au fessiers après a peine 2h assis. /////// The strap in the middle of the back move and it's hard to replace and my bumb hurt after max 2h on it. Don't buy this.

Les roulettes ne pivotent pas lorsque l’on déplace la chaise. Après quelque vérification, j’ai constaté que l’axe de pivot des roulettes ne sont pas perpendiculaire au sol. Cette situation est attribuée à un assemblage soudé qui est tres difficile à contrôler lorsque vient le temps d’aligner des axes avec précision. Concept mécanique simple qui confirmé par le prix tres bas pour cette chaise.
