In the past, I have bought remanufactured cartridges from 123ink and had no issues. This one had a problem with whomever made it did not line up the holes properly and therefore my printer would not recognize it.

I purchased for my friend’s HP Envy printer. Although it should be compatible according to the information provided (HP 65XL), we cannot by-pass the error message when installing this cartridge. I researched troubleshooting steps and none worked. Something listed as compatible should not be this difficult to use. And right now it is just sitting beside her printer.
