After a few weeks of light use with a tablet, the screws at the hinges always come loose and the stand can't hold its position.

I need a replacement for a defective product. The stand can't hold the tablet holder stable ever since I received it. In fact the joint where the stand supports the holder has always been loose. The holder is always crumbling even without tablet. Even after a few weeks of very light and careful use, the holder has finally given up and fallen off completely from the stand. I truly believe I received a defective product and need a replacement for exchange.
