The mount itself is fine. Sturdy, does everything they say it does. Reasonably easy to adjust and manipulate. But the reason I'm giving 3 stars is the screws included are of such poor quality that 2 of the 4 broke during installation. Granted, we had to do the installation twice (we rushed a little since we were drilling straight into the exposed studs in an unfinished basement and ended up with the TV higher than we wanted) but the idea that a screw can only be driven in but never back out is absurd. I've never seen a screw fail like that before and it's only luck that we had a lot of reasonably well-organized screws on hand to swap in and complete the installation. Measure very carefully. Drill your guide holes generously and slowly. And good luck.

The mount is great. However the dry wall anchors are horrible. I had to put 4 new holes in my wall cause the ones that came with the mount did not expand and lock Into drywall causing the mount to fall off. Good thing I didn't mount the TV or my TV would be damaged. do yourselves a favor and DO NOT USE ANCHORS that come with it...

It works perfectly for the lighter TV. It raised a concern for the heavier TV (68lbs). The extended arm started to bend, which raised a concern to my customer.
