Excellent exercise mat. Much thicker than a yoga mat and eliminates pain on knees when doing kneeling exercise. It is of good quality, folds well and pleasant looking to blend in with my furniture.

The gym mats are very good for the kids and helps prevent head bumps. The mats are firm to pressure, may be a bit too firm? If they were a bit softer it would be nice. May be it will change as it gets older? The quality is good except for some loose stitching on one. I like to put 2 together so the kids can play. The problem is they don't stay together for long. Nice if they could be attached together or if they made larger mats. I like that you can fold the mats to save storage space.Overall a good product!

My wife wanted to get this for a long long time for working out at home. It is thick even though it is foldable / portable. I got this during sales. Very happy with the purchase.
