In March we bought a set of two cartriges of Cf217a for our Hp printer. It is not the first time we order à compatible toner. Last week we opened the first one and put it in the printer, it didn’t go to the bottom and got stocked inside the printer. I worked few hours trying to get it out whit out damage the printer. I succeeded after carefully break the plastic on both sides of the cartridge. Then, I realize that we didn’t get the right thing. On the sticker it says cf217, but on the Cartrige itself it is cf218a. When we compare to our old cartrige this one is bigger on both sides. I went on the website and I see that the two number are the same. So, be careful, to be sure the two numbers correspond before you insert it in your printer. We opened the second toner, this is the same problem. I will ask for a refund.

Defective product. All ink powder came out , this cartridge not working at all. Black ink power everywhere . I bought 1st time online and got bad experience.

J'ai commander ce tuner , qui d'après votre site correspondais à l'équivalence de 17A de hp, mais lorsque je l'ai introduit dans mon imprimante, j'ai eu un signale d'erreur. J'ai donc téléphoner à votre service àprès vente, la jeune fille qui m'as répondu que c'étais de ma faute et que je venais de perdre mon argent dans cette erreur, pour tant il étais bien mentionner que ca correspondais à mon imprimante Laserjet MFP M129-Mi34, alors pour ne plus faire d'erreur j'ai commander une catouche à la cie. à Rabais.Donc je trouve que depuis des années que je commandais chez vous et avoir conseiller à des amis et parents de faire des affaires avec vous me sera très difficile dorénavent, Bien à vous Pierre

Bonjour Nous sommes désolés pour ce désagrément. Après vérification, votre imprimante utilise effectivement le HP 33A et non le HP 17a, le HP 17a est pour la série M130 et non le M i134.
