      Build quality is good but I have no idea why the tilting adjustment is being blocked by the tv. Instruction is not clear for this.

          Easy to install, however instructions lacking a bit. I want TV to sit flat, but no matter what I try it tilts forward. I like how far it pulls our, making access to the cabling plugs very easy.
