WARNING! THIS IS CCA (copper clad aluminum), STAY AWAY! Do not buy this cable: p-360599, or p-353103 on PrimeCables I was even reassured by the PrimeCable customer support that p-353103 was "copper core cable" when I inquired on the matter via email (see screenshots). Also, the product page has misleading information in image form, claiming this to be "High Quality Copper" (see screenshots). I preformed a heat test on both p-353103 and p-360599 after stripping the wires down to their stranded cables, they both failed the test miserably (they melted, bent, and exposed the aluminum underneath the copper cladding). As a comparison, I also did the same with known good stranded copper cables, also purchased on PrimeCables, but Monoprice brand (p-358164). The Monoprice branded stranded cables passed the heat test, and did not melt or bend (see screenshots). They held in place, even after exposing them to heat for a way longer time then the PrimeCables cable, and still are visibly recognizable as copper. This is unacceptable, I bought 2 x p-353103 Model#: AT-C6-100WH, and 1 x p-358164 Model#: Model#: AT-C6-100BK. Both are identical cables, just in different colours, and are equally as terrible. This cable is too stiff for a patch cable.

This is advertised as "high quality copper" but it is Copper Clad Aluminum and not copper. Completely false advertising. Please DO NOT use this on PoE device. The picture is a burn test (google it). If it is copper then it would not melt and deform.

The cables work great. Losing all stars because the customer service is horrible. Contacted them 3 times since December 7th and they still haven’t issued a replacement for my missing products...
