Great product! For the very reasonable price I paid for it, I was a bit skeptical but this thing is so slick! The added cable management slots are a great touch. I even managed to cable tie my sound bar to the pull down handle for a very clean look.. one of the best purchases I’ve made in a while! Assembly was pretty straight forward as well. Just make sure you have solid backing in your walls where you mount it. I would not trust drywall anchors. You get heavy duty lag bolts which is great.. just make sure it’s screwed into wood! Definitely recommend this product!

I needed to find a mount that could allow the tv at the right height and still use the fireplace. Best option out there I could find and it was affordable compared to $500+ models. My only quibble is that I wish it could get closer to the wall when it’s extended but that’s really minor. Instructions were pretty good, I was able to do most of it alone and I was able to tidy up the cables a bit so everything moves properly. Happily they also had a universal mounting bracket for the soundbar.

The item arrived in what appeared to be a previously opened box. I arranged for an installer to mount it to the wall. He discovered a part was missing. I called customer service, which was closed. I then reached an agent through a chat, who arranged to send the missing part. I asked for expedited delivery but was told they only shipped by standard delivery. Disappointing.

Works well as advertised. Great choice for a pull down mount.

I got it for my TV above my fireplace since it was too high, my son had been complaining. After the installation, the angle is more appropriate. The rack is not that smooth to maneuver, but after it is moved, it is sturdy. I like it.
