I left a 1 star review for this item and the email I got from customer service was an offer to either replace or refund the scoop. I chose refund and it was done the next day. The customer service is worth 5 stars. thank you

Great product. I use it for non- ice cream foods so I can't say how well it would hold up long term using it in hard ice cream.
