Bonjour Steve, merci pour votre retour, et nous sommes désolés que le taille-crayon ne fonctionne pas même avec des piles neuves. Ce modèle possède deux interrupteurs de sécurité intégrés — un dans le bac à copeaux et un dans le support du crayon — qui doivent tous les deux être bien enclenchés pour que le moteur fonctionne. Veuillez vérifier que le bac transparent est bien inséré et verrouillé, et que les piles sont installées avec la bonne polarité. Merci pour votre patience !

Le taille-crayon acheté NE VAUT RIEN. IL NE TAILLE ABSOLIUMENT RIEN. Même si je comprends qu'il n'a pas coûté cher, je m'attendais à ce qu'il taille au moins convenablement, c'est de l'argent gaspillé,

I was very disappointed , the sharpener did not work , I originally thought it was the battery but it just doesn’t work . My cousin got the same one and hers works quite well so mine must be a defect.

I received this and put in new batteries but it’s still doesn’t work . A little surprised as I’ve bought other items from this site that were top quality , must be a defect.

Not reliable - Quality issues. It worked well for 2 months but now one of the battery contactor has become loose and is recessed preventing proper contact with one of the batteries. I am not sure if i should try to unscrew everything and fix it myself. Trying first to reach out to Moustache quality department.
