Item arrived in pieces, see photo. Elastics are brittle and the ball is falling apart. Non of the elastics are useable. I would appreciate a refund or credit for my next order with shopperplus.

The elastics are all dried up and break in little pieces when I touch them.

first time these items are really worthless for which i feel ashamed. i wonder how shoppers got them in first place as they keep breaking right away. i could not call them same day and just noticed again today.

Product received was expired, elastic bands were dry and broken. I've only been able to save a few.
