I did not expect this product to arrive as a flat mat but rather as a rolled up thinner mat. That turned out to be a pleasant surprise! This format makes it much more “sturdy” and cut resistant. My intended usage is to prevent model paint from staining my work desk. This will work very well AND protect it in case of cuts.
