Two of the drums did not work properly and have had to be replaced by Brother Band drums (my choice). You take back opened but faulty drums so that is a problem. I do not recommend you buy the replacement drums.

This was the wrong product for my printer and it's not the same as on the picture.

This product is faulty and was extremely costly for us (my time, staff time, down time and had to pay my IT person to re-route my computer to another printer). I requested a return label and still waiting to hear back from Shoppers! I will continue to order ink but never again will I purchase "parts". Very disappointed in customer service!

Magenta one is not identified by my printer and when I complained and ask for replacement and even was willing to send the one sent me back they refused and told me to order a new one and pay for it instead. Do not recommend

these drum replacements did work out at all. there was a series of errors and this didnt solve the issue. had to purchase the original drums to get this back and working
