Initially worried when we received it because the box says toner cartridge but it is a drum. Have installed it for close to a year now with no issues.

I did not open this one yet. the reason i bought this item because i need purchase over $50 than i can get the free shipping.

Nowhere near as reliable as the OEM, but at the price. You can replace it 3 times and still be under half the price. Worth the pita for the cost. 10/10 4 star cause it's not oem and doesn't last anywhere near as long.
