Could not get 12 cubes out of this package, only got 9. Missing corners to attach the cubes

Okay, but seems a bit flimsy

Instructions are easy to follow but had difficulty with assembling without damaging doors. Some pieces damaged on delivery.

Hi Krystina, Thanks for sharing your feedback. We are sorry that some pieces were damaged on delivery. I see you spoke with an agent in regards to this, if there is anything else that we can help you with, please let us know.

What an absolute pain these are to put together! We bought two units, knowing we would not assemble them fully. And it's a good thing, because there were about a dozen frames where the weld broke. The supplied mallet is utterly useless, and I doubt anyone actually used it for assembly. There is a sweet spot when putting the frames into the connectors, and the unfortunate thing is that some click into place quite easily, while others don't come close and really need some force to click into place. They're built and configured the way we want them, but if we had intended to use all 12 cubes for each unit, we'd have to replace frames. They work fairly well when they're assembled, but will definitely look elsewhere should we need anything similar again.

Hello, Please call us regarding these issues at 1-866-979-7463. Thanks

Serves it’s purpose as an organizer. Takes a while to assemble. You have to make sure the hinges are aligned otherwise the doors won’t close properly.
