Epson T312922 Ink Cartridge Combo Light Cyan / Light Magenta

This productwas ordered thinking because of its number that it would fit my XP 15000. I failed to notice the "light" designation for the cyan and magenta. Though the cartridge looks identical, the cyan would not load into my printer. Of course I didn't even try the magenta one. I don't understand why this item is numbered similarly and displayed in the same area.
