I'm a first-time buyer at Shopperplus /123Ink, having previously shopped at a membership based store for my replacement high capacity HP toner cartridges. The cartridge was easy to install and the printing results have been terrific. I suspect having the chip is a key factor to the printing success, and which was the reason why I never strayed from the OEM replacement cartridge. The price is second to none, which caught my eye, so I am thrilled that all aspects of the purchase, early delivery and the product is A-1.

This black toner is always a great product. It has been my go to everytime I need to replace my HP toner. I have never had any issue using this. This is my 4th time purchasing this same item. I have no regrets using it.
