These really work! Just slip them into your pillow case on top of your pillow and it not only keeps your head cool while sleeping, it acts as a pillow protector as well. And at this price, they are FABULOUS value!

When I first received this I didn't think I would like it, because of the vinyl cloth. But I was wrong. Very cool when you start using it. After a while however you need to remove it and let it cool again as it will pick up the heat from your body. I just keep flipping it over or put it in the fridge to make it last longer.

It has stain on it when I open the package. Not sure if it was used or what, but this is awkful. Returning it.
