Les attaches du côté qui doivent servir a "retenir" le portable sont en petit plastique donc si votre pc est moindrement volumineux ça tien pas, ça plie. Je suis assez déçus.

It says it is rated to hold up to 25 pounds each arm, but it can't hold up my Dell monitor. (Which is a lot less than 25 pounds.)

Very solid and not that hard to install. The wire cover for the main section came broken ... I've contacted customer support and opened a ticket... still no news from them... that's why the 2 out of 5

The angle of the laptop kept dropping, nuts require socket tool not provided, had to tighten.

I'm giving this 2 / 5 flags because of missed expectations. I think for the value, this is great (hence the 2 flag); however, I'm disappointed by the limited flexibility of this mount. If I have an opportunity to re-do my purchase, I would opt for 2x of the single mounts (very similar built, but would afford me more flexibility). Currently, this double mount doesn't let me position the monitors exactly how I want to position them -- if I get them side-by-side, they are too close to me. I can correct this by pushing them up a bit, but if I do that, then they're too high up. As a product, this is a quality option, but you need to know what you are buying. I dismissed comments from those that told me to buy 2x single mounts, and I'm paying the price :(. I'm unhappy with the purchase as I can't sit properly, and the monitors are too close to my seated position. On the bright side, PrimeCables and Shopper+ have absolutely phenomenal customer service. Normally, I would consider returning this purchase, but it took me about an hour to have everything set up, and I fear that dismantling this and re-building single mounts would take too much time :(. I may opt to sell off the assembled mount locally, and then re-buy another PrimeCables option, but we'll give this mount some time. A+ on the product quality A+ on built in cable management C- on the product flexibility C- on overall computing experience after install Oh, and I have 2 x 27" monitors, each weighing in at ~10.5lbs. This is very close to the upper limit of the supported weight, and it shows. I had to use a power tool to tighten the tilt adjuster as the monitors would droop slightly with the stock tightness. All this to say that if you've used a dual monitor stand like this before, you'll be happy. You'll enjoy the high quality workmanship of the materials and the lifetime warranty backing this product. If you've previously used solo monitor mounts, you'd be better off looking at other offerings from PrimeCables.

The holder locks the laptop in place very well, however the VESA mounting points are bit weird. There two possible position, however both are makes the holder hanging off the edge and making the laptop and holder bouncy.
