Great mat, well worth the value and in my opinion thick enough if you aren't putting it on a super solid surface. I laid down some gym tiles underneath for a workout area in the basement, just perfect.

Good mat but I find it a little thin, you of liked a bit thicker.

quite soft and comfortable. surely thicker. i think its worth the $20 i paid
