Attention garantie de seulement 30 jours. Je n'ai pas utilisé le produit tout de suite à la réception. ce qui fait que 1 1/2 mois plus tard la couture avant est déchirée et le produit n'est plus garantie. Dommage car le format du sac est super et le reste est parfait.

Poor customer service and policies!!! Loved the bag at first but the service disappointed me so much, Prices drop every 10-15 days but they don’t reimburse the difference as their policy is just a 7 day price difference policy! That also in store credits !!! Really?! since I liked the bag I ordered another one but received a bag that looked used and dirty which I will be returning. Any other website would be better, at least would have better return and exchange policies not a 7 day price difference policy!
