This is a great sifter. Can dump in a couple of cups of freshly milled flour, and less than a minute of shaking it back and forth, all is sifted through. Works well to rinse quinoa, the grains do not fall through.

Very nice and good size for cakes and tiramisu.

I do my own bread, so sifting the flours was important. This Sifter does the job alright.

Great for sifting, good quality.
