My most recent order the cyan cartridge does not record the level of ink. It presently shows low with a question mark.

I feel like the quality of this ink has become lower. The most recent pack of cartridges I bought lasted less time then usual with the same amount of printing. I have also has trouble getting the printer to recognize the cartridges as well, the printer keeps telling me it cannot detect the cartridge. I had to take the little sensor chip from an old cart and replace the chip on the newer carts to get the cyan to work.
