My printer did not work properly and Shopper+ refused to accept the return. Amazon has a much better return policy. I will shop there from now on.

This product is not as good as before cause the ink finished up real fast while comparing to the past.

The last two cartridges are of very poor quality (white non-printed lines). I called and emailed customer service for a replacement, with no answer

I never received this product nor am I getting any resolution to the missing package. I have contacted your customer service department twice and I just keep getting the run around that you guys are discussing it with the delivery company. It's been more than 3 weeks. I DESERVE A REFUND. DISCUSS IT ON YOUR OWN TIME AND REFUND THE LOST PACKAGE. Disgusting customer service!

Cannot be recognized by the printer even after multiple tries of the instruction how to reset it. Tried to return them and Shopper+ still have not allow the return of the cartridges. Bought from Amazon, reset easily and no problem. Go buy it on Amazon, cheaper and none of this garbage.
