The color cartridge ended up in replacing a cartridge which was causing an issue. The issue was that the existing cartridge was not not been recognized by my computer. After several tries at cleaning the cartridge "face", it started to leak (a mess). Over the years, I have had a 99+% success rate with these replacement cartridges; however, over the last 3 months, this is the second one in which I have had problem.

I ordered this item before and have the color cartridge in my printer and it is working great, so ordered again for a backup. I previously had ordered the remanufactured HP cartridges and I found they didn't seem to last very long especially since they were the high yield ones. Also my printer kept telling me that they were empty, either that or I was using off market cartridges, but they did work. Always purchased Moustache cartridges the last few years, even for my previous printer and they all worked perfectly.

For the first time in many years, my HP refused to communicate with the colour cartridge. I swapped out another I had on hand and it worked. So I will see what happens when I swap it back - might have to return it. Disappointed? You bet!
