It’s a great chair considering the price point. I had purchased a more expensive chair locally that was very similar, but the headrest was too low and put pressure on my shoulders. This chair offers a more range of height and angle for the headrest, so it's more comfortable for me personally. The quality is overall decent, but some of the pictures on the website are misleading, ie. They show the headrest with a metal arm; it’s not, it’s all plastic. Otherwise, I’m pleased with this purchase and would recommend this chair.

The chair is very comfortable. Cons: assembly instructions need improvement. Only problem is armrests need a way to lock them in position - easy to move around (too easy). My rating should be 4.9 I'll live with the armrest situation unless I find a way to prevent them from moving so much.
