Overall a really good chair with excellent value. Was shipped without the caster wheels but Shopper+ supported had the shipped within a two business days. The lumbar support is non-adjustable but conforms really well to the lower back. The arms pivot horizontally on its center but could be improved by moving in and out (so that you can move your elbows closer or further away from your body). Overall very happy.

It’s a great chair considering the price point. I had purchased a more expensive chair locally that was very similar, but the headrest was too low and put pressure on my shoulders. This chair offers a more range of height and angle for the headrest, so it's more comfortable for me personally. The quality is overall decent, but some of the pictures on the website are misleading, ie. They show the headrest with a metal arm; it’s not, it’s all plastic. Otherwise, I’m pleased with this purchase and would recommend this chair.
