nice piece of equipment. A challenge to stay balanced on it. Low enough to the ground that you don't have to worry about breaking an ankle. As a senior you do want to make sure you have a wall or something close by.

This is of the same quality seen at my local physio center. I've been using it to help with range of motion with my ankles and rehabilitation. It allows me to do the physio exercises at home. Very good quality, no issues.
