Quand j'achète un produit neuf, je m'attend à recevoir un produit neuf! En le sortant de son emballage, même si tout était en place, je sentais que quelque chose n'allait pas... comme si ce n'était pas neuf. En ouvrant le bouchon pour remplir la machine d'eau, je remarque que tout le contour du goulot est couvert d'une épaisse couche de calcaire comme s'il avait servi à de multiple reprises! C'est inacceptable! Suite à des problèmes personnelles, je n'ai pas pu l'essayer que 2 mois après l'achat donc on oublie le retour! C'était la dernière fois que je commande sur ce site! Une vraie honte!

Sent me a broken piece now i just have a giant pile of stuff sitting on the floor instead of a trolley. Said they would send the piece but never sent it, never got a refund or anything

Absolute garbage. Spits water and doesn't clean anything. Just makes a wet mess that you have to clean up. Has about 1 minute of actual steam and then its waiting for it cool down so you can put more water in it. I don't understand all the 5 star reviews that say " haven't used it yet". Why are you doing this, for a few points? You are ruining a great site and making people think its a good product without even trying it. If you want a steam cleaner get a proper one, this will end up in the garbage. I took a video but, cant post it as only photos are allowed.

Didn’t work second time around . . Don’t bother waste of money

Il ne marche pas. J"ai mis l'eau comme c'est écrit dans le manuel d'instruction mais l'eau ne chaffe pas. Aprés demi branché tjr rien ne se passe.
