Very disappointed, these are not good at all, the chip does not read properly in the printer and the print quality is horrible. I have been long time user of inks from 123inks and this is the first time I have had such disappointment. Will not buy again

Ordered it many times but this time when got same product it wouldnt work in printer. Now sure whats going on

I’ve been a customer for years now and this is my first time being disappointed in the products. All of these ink cartridges that I ordered were low if not completely empty when I received them. I only realized this after installing 4 new cartridges (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black) and 2 months later the Cyan, Magenta and Yellow were all empty except some of the Black had 1/3 in it still so my printer notified me. The Black cartridge was in fact very empty like the others. This should not be the case when I only used my printer to copy approx 15-20pages of store receipts in black ink only. These ink cartridges in the past have lasted me well over a year if not 2 years since my printer usage is very minimal (especially with color ink). I mainly use black ink to print out receipts. I have attached a couple photos for reference. I’m still waiting on a reply for a full refund or new FULL cartridges to be sent to me to replace these ones that fell way below my expectations for obvious reasons as mentioned above. Ink123 please do better and sort out the issues with your machinery so no one else has this issue of receiving inkless cartridges as I have. Thank you.
