I love my Pilot FriXion pens. I now use them most of the time because they are so easy to erase without making any kind of mess. There is a wide variety of these types of pens in a whole range of colors. I have been using these erasable pens for at least the last ten years.

The product is great. I ordered these pens in every available colour for my daughter to use for school and she loves them. My only issue is that when I ordered them on the website clearly shows a box of 12 pens as a unit and when I received my order I only received 1 pen of each colour. Very disappointed as I was expecting 12 pens of each colour. When I reached out to customer service, I was told that it's only for 1 pen, despite the picture showing a box of them.
