the manufacturer has another model MOFR-F7012, a basic model. they are well made, well priced.. this model has the up-down height adjustment, which is excellent for short people, or people with short legs. This is great. It is adjustable height which you can adjust to your liking.

I didn't think I'd like a footrest, but I got one so I can have a more ergonomic set up. It's actually very comfortable and I really like the rubbery grip. Very solid and doesn't move around much.
