Quality was absolutely fine and I could not see any difference between these and the OEM cartridges. Epson, however, the evil company they are, updated my firmware and rendered my cartridges unusable. I contacted support and even though I bought these over 8 months ago, they immediately offered to replace the cartridges when the new ones became available, or provide a refund if i could not wait. I ultimately opted for the refund as my need for this ludicrously priced liquid became urgent and the replacements were not yet available. And so begrudgingly, but for the last time ever, I forked over a hideous some of money for OEM cartridges. My next order, and all future ink orders, will be for the Moustache cartridges, right here on 123Ink - excellent value and even better customer service!

Les gens qui répondent aux commandes sont attentifs à nous pour les renseignements.Pour la première fois j'ai essayé les cartouches moustaches mais que le noir. Les autres couleurs pas maintenant encore. Si le noir est compatible fait j'ai confiance que tout fera aussi pour mon imprimante alors si tout est correct moustache fera mon affaire. Seemed like good value, but the black cartridge ended up leaking inside the printer and now I've got ink everywhere.

Doesn't work and ive been trying for days to get another one or a refund with no success. Worst after sales service ever.
