I tried this product and had success. It is a little time consuming, but worth it. I steamed my face for 5 minutes (next time I'll steam 10 minutes) just prior to starting. I used different heads for different parts of my face. It removed blackheads fairly well with the precision tool. The head for removing dead skin was not useful for me, but the larger extractors did. Sometimes it broke contact with my skin if I didn't hold it exactly right. I'm hoping to have better success when I steam my face longer. I would recommend this product if you have 15 - 20 minutes that you are willing to use for skin care at least once a week.

You have to carefully consider what it is you are hoping to achieve with this product. You need to understand your facial skin. This product is just a vacuum. If you don't use it right or shouldn't be using it, then you will cause more damage. it's does the job well.
