Not very satisfied with the product. This was my first time buying non genuine ink cartridges. Unfortunately, the printer doesn't see the volume so the printer shows an error for the level. Am I missing a step in the configuration? Plus you can't see inside like the original so technically, I will never know when I'm low on ink. We'll see how long it last and decide if I buy again or not.

My printer is working properly again thanks to the ink. There was no noticeable difference in print quality vs the OEM that came with the printer.
