At first I was really disappointed. Within a week my printer was telling me that I was low on ink. However when I asked it to print from the reserve, there were no problems. I've been doing this now for 2 or 3 months. I would highly recommend this product. It is a lot less expensive than the regular cartridges and last as long if not longer. Thanks so much.

Great service and great price. I did not need this cartridge yet but I will soon and by buying it with the 2 other cartridges on my order I got it for half price. So I will install it soon and expect it to work well as did the other 2 cartridges I received. At the price of new cartridges for older printers it is tempting to scrap them, but wait if the printer still does the job for you at the price of these remanufactured cartridge keep it going and out of land fill. Happy customer.

Working well

This is the replacement for a faulty color cartridge and like the 1st one, it also does not work for the Lexmark X5690. My old empty color is recognized but not this one from you... A waste of my time and money . Very, very disappointed. Would like a refund please.
