was working fine, but suddenly got stuck in the middle position, and this completely messed up my working station. i thought i was still under warranty but they never fixed it or helped because the photos i sent wasn't enough for them but i couldn't take many pictures since the riser got stuck and my phone can't fit under and my desk is in a corner.

Hi there, I see from your order that we had asked for a video of the problem, but you were not able to provide this. We then offered to replace the desk and this was also refused. I had a lot of hope for this product but trying to get warranty for it is near impossible. I was told to go to a local hardware store instead of primecables honoring their 1 year warranty to send me parts. Additionally, the spring mechanism seems to have already started slipping a little. The instructions are pretty much non-existent, although it is simple to put together more explanation of the system would have been nice. It was written in the smallest amount of words possible with little information. The fact that it needed to be put together was a surprise because the description of the product stated it needed no assembly - although technically true it is a lie if you want to use it as it is pictured. The biggest problem I have is that I was told by support it has a tipping hazard. Something not in the product description or manual that I could find. All this combined with terrible customer service has me not recommending it. It had a lot of potential but I would suggest going elsewhere to buy similar. It was a lot of frustration trying to deal with support and they made it more complicated than it needed to be. The fact that the website has inaccurate information and support didn't care either (it is still wrong as of writing this) just tells me how much they really care about their product and customers. Overall, I'd go elsewhere. it is a great idea in theory and can improve your office life.

Not as soft and comfortable as the ones I have seen that prompted me to buy this.

Not able to lower it after raise the desk. Thus not able to put it back into the original package for return. Asking customer support to resend one. Wait and see this replacement process and its quality.

Have only recently begun using the standing feature of this desk and don't like it. I don't know if mine is defective (and I've reached out to primecables with no reply yet) but it has significant play in the mechanism and the whole surface moves such that my keyboard tray can be very easily rocked about 2 inches up and down. Disappointed. Otherwise, it seemed good quality. I've made sure the feet are secure on a flat, thick desktop, but the 'play' is in the mechanism.
