Device broke after just a few uses even though I made sure to plug something that required less than 10A. Shopper+/PrimeCables will not replace it.

It is a very bad product it is not working, spent more than one hour to set it up, yes it is cheaper than the Amazon smart plug. But the Amazon one is so easy to set up. I wish to return it and need to have full refund
