Have not received yet late delivery

Visually, this photo paper looked great, from the box itself to the finish of the finish of the paper itself. But I just could not get this paper to work with my EPSON printer. I don't know if it was the weight of the stock (heavier than usual, which was a separate disappointment), but even after having to push the stock in manually, the printer would just eject it out the front without printing. I tried it over and over again, with no luck.

The glossy was ok but I’m more upset at the fact that none of the sheets were cut straight or evenly some were 4x6 some more and some way less

I can't rate it as I had trouble with the printhead of my HP printer after I installed the ink, which I read after I had ordered that HP asks you to update your firmware and once you do that, it pretty much won't allow you to use compatible inks or inks that have been refilled, which I had been doing successfully prior to updating the firmware. I will say that 123ink were amazing though. Their customer service was phenomenal. I ordered and they were fedexed within 2 days. I had successfully installed the black ink and one other colour but two would not work so I initially thought there was a problem with the two cartridges and called and they resent replacements within 1 day. Once I tried to install these the whole machine shut down with a printhead error message. I returned all inks to 123ink for a refund and they refunded me immediately without any issue. If your printer can use alternative inks I would not hesitate to use this company, and would even consider ordering brand named ink from them as they were very professional. I was very disappointed that HP had set a firmware and I was not able to use a compatible ink seeing as their ink is so expensive.

Very low quality paper. The surface scratches really easily and the colors are very dull. Would not recommend.
